Anthony Pannozzo is the Executive Creative Director at Frog. Prior to this he acted as senior vice president, experience and service design, leading Continuum’s service line of business. As part of the executive leadership team, he was responsible for growth strategy and creating offerings that help the world’s leading organizations envision and deliver experiences that delight the people they serve.
Pannozzo has been driven by the belief that human-centered design, inspired by the creativity in all of us, can be brought to bear on any organizational or enterprise challenge–creating powerful ideas that make life better by simplifying complexity, eliminating pain and adding joy.
He has developed visionary customer experience strategies for American Express, helped improve the hospital room experience for caregivers, patients and their families with Herman Miller and partnered with Boston College for its first core curriculum redesign in more than 20 years. No matter the context or the challenge, Pannozzo brings the ability to identify the right problem to solve, gain alignment and support within the organization and create solutions that deliver value for all.
Pannozzo has lectured on the challenges of leading with technology, creating a culture of innovation and the opportunities for growth in emerging markets. He has been published in Quartz, the DMI Journal and Innovation Magazine, among others. He holds more than a dozen US and international patents and his designs have earned five IDEAs.
