Biography

Paul is the President and owner of Cardio2Tech, a metabolic education and consulting companies as well
as Director of Elite Performance for STATS LLC. At STATS Paul focuses on live program analysis and design based on live data tracking systems for professional teams. He is currently working with all NBA teams and developing new models for NFL, USTA and college sports. He got his start developing performance metrics from game data in European soccer. Paul analyzes real time training loads for each athlete, develops performance training based on energy systems demands, and oversees the new wearable tech division.

Paul has recently been appointed to the Sports Science Committee for the USTA, is currently NHL combine Ex Phys Director, has been a presenter on wearable tech at CES, USC BodyComp Labs, FAST wearables Global Wearable, and Gizworld.

Paul also developed the cardio programs and VO2 assessment programs for Athletes’ Performance (now known as EXOS) and their new corporate division, Core Performance. Their clients include thousands of professional athletes from the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB and MLS.

He has consulted for Intel and Google in the corporate market, worked extensively with Adidas to develop the MiCoach®, is the cardio specialist for NASM, is a contributing writer for three NASM textbooks, and is the creator of the 30/30 Interval Training Program and HR monitor.
